We gladly work with pet insurance providers and are happy to assist with any documentation needed for your claim. If your pet is covered by a pet insurance policy, please let our team know at the time of your visit.

Please note that most pet insurance companies require payment in full at the time services are rendered. You will then submit your claim directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your policy's coverage and benefits.

The exception is Trupanion Pet Insurance, which may be able to pay its portion of covered costs directly to our hospital at checkout, reducing your out-of-pocket expense at the time of service.
