Dr. Laura Sellers was born and raised in the rolling plains of Kansas. She has been passionate about becoming a veterinarian her entire life and nearly every part of her journey has been centered around achieving this goal of honoring the human-animal bond through medicine. Dr. Sellers attended Kansas State University for her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences and stayed on to be a Wildcat for 4 more years for her DVM degree. She graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in May 2022. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, dentistry, dermatology, geriatric care, and internal medicine. Dr. Sellers strives to provide thorough, compassionate, and practical care to her beloved furry patients. She is eager to practice high-quality medicine with the amazing team at Advanced Animal Care and form long-term connections with her patients and clients.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Sellers loves hiking, camping, gardening, reading, and baking. She loves exploring the Front Range with her boyfriend, Alex, and their three beloved pets, Sam, Penny, and Willow!
